L: Reddish brown body, 2 finger uneven head, great lacing.
S: Sweet slightly citrus hops, caramel, candied orange peel, lemon.
T: Burnt sugar, orange peel, a bit of grapefruit, caramel, lingering toffee on the finish.
F: Smooth bodied, moderate carbonation, leaves a slight drying feeling on the tongue, like unsweetened iced tea.
O: A nice full bodied red. Beautiful looking, and great balance of malt and hops.

Slightly cloudy light nut brown with hints of red. Beautiful light brown dense craggily head that lingers and lingers for days. It’s so cohesive that it wants to lace but it stays part of the head.

Aroma is a lovely bouquet of graininess, tea, toast, earthy and spicy hops.

Taste shows much of the same but the hops show themselves more; really love how the toasty grain notes pair with them.

Light/medium body, nice full feel, nicely carbonated; leaves a nice dry sensation; nice bitterness, not too much or too little; just right.

Great beer.
