Poured from 16oz can into a dimpled mug. Canned 2/24/26.
Appearance: pale golden hue with a clear body and a finger of frothy white foam atop.
Smell: dry malt with a bit of graininess and a hint of yeast. Not too bad.
Taste: not as dry as the aroma, but still pretty dry. There’s definitely and astringent graininess here, and bitterness is in line with a Czech pilsner. It’s not bad, although it does have some bite to it that not everyone’s looking for in the style.
Mouthfeel: medium-light body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: there’s a decent backbone here, but I think the combination of astringency and bitterness impedes drinkability here. It’s certainly not bad, but it’s not an easy quaffer.

Floral aroma, very pleasant and strong with some slight sour character. Golden color is nice, not too light. Flavor is excellent— no bitterness, grainy sweet nutty malty with a really nice aftertaste and body. Some astringency but altogether excellent.
