Clear, golden pour; medium amber color in the glass; dense, lively carbonation; thick head, white and frothy, long-lasting. Excellent malt nose, light sweetness and grain-like; sly fruity esters hover in the background. Subtle taste; very mild toasted grain base with a quiet hop bitterness balance. Medium-light body; soft with a mild velvety quality; a trace of dryness.
This is a smooth and easy drinking beer, very quaffable. Subdued at first yet blossoms into a decent and satisfying complexity.
