Raspberry ale.
Appearance - Pours a blush pink with three fingers of light pink head.
Smell - tart raspberries, earthy and leafy hops, bready malts, and earthy yeast.
Taste - tart raspberries upfront followed by the earthy and leafy hops. The bready malts and earthy yeast round out the brew.
Mouthfeel - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Finishes sticky with the raspberries lingering.
Overall - A superb raspberry ale from Valley. I like how you can actually taste the raspberries in this one. This one would be perfect for those summer days on the patio or at home.
