Drank at Oak Park Micro Brew Review 2022.
Nice of this three year old brewer to venture into the Belgian tradition. While Dressed In White has the flavors of a wit, it does not have the yeast. Maybe about age five I can try their wit again and Two Hound will have kept an active wit yeast.
I'm impressed by this three year for three reasons. First, their taproom looks like they spent lots of money on it to create a community space. Second, they have a thoughtful and pretty extensive menu; indicating to me they are a gastropub or, at least, on their way. Third, they claim to be Glen Ellyn's Brewpub, the town next to where I grew up. So for all that, I give them decent Overall Hugs.
