Mango Lassi Sour
This milkshake-style Sour Ale was inspired by the decadent Indian drink, the Mango Lassi. A colossal amount of mango puree was added to the fruity Sour Ale base and finished with a dash of vanilla bean to complete our Lassi interpretation. A unique spin on a traditional recipe.

A nice smooth Milkshake style, the mango is there but somewhat weak.
I think the sourness covers up much of the mango but still a nice drinkable beer.
