12 oz can from Michigan served in a Tervis at the 2023 Fall ASMF.
XX has managed to provide a good balance of pineapple, hops and grains. The resulting flavor bears some resemblance to a mildly bitter pineapple bread. The aroma, however, is to similar to a pineapple seltzer.
Overall. Better than expected.

Well I expected pineapple but I got more of a salt and lime lager with maybe the essence of pineapple in the finish. As others have said not sweet or fruity in the slightest but still easy enough to quaff back. I would like to sample the other ones not bad!

Looks medium gold, smallish white head, no retention.
Actually smells like fresh pineapple, hint of lime, almost no beer aroma.
Tastes slightly sour from the lime, you taste the pineapple but it’s not sweet, the beer comes through perfectly and the pineapple is prominent on the back end.
If you like pineapple you’ll probably really enjoy this.
This would be good for your significant other that doesn’t like beer.
Probably makes a great michelada.
Absolutely buying this again.

12oz can. Poured out a pale, golden color with a small, white head of bubbly foam. It left minimal lacing on the glass. It smelled of pineapple, a hint of salt and caramel. Nice pineapple taste that isn't overpowering. Some salt and toasted caramel.

Poured from 12 oz can into pint glass. Thin white head, light golden color, mild lacing, abundant carbonation. Pineapple dominates the aroma with mild citrus and barley notes in the background. Mouthfeel light and crisp. Flavor is pineapple forward with some light toasted malt and a bit of salt, minimal hops. Overall: good, smells sweeter than it tastes (which is not a bad thing)

12oz can poured into pint glass. Picked up from grocery store in a $15 variety 12 pack. BBD MAY 2022 printed on bottom of can. Quite a long shelf life, especially for an American lager.
Appearance - Looks like your standard Dos Equis. Just a clear gold body and a small white head with generally unimpressive properties. 3.5
Smell - Definite pineapple. 4.5
Taste - Tastes about halfway between artificial and natural, but not unpleasantly so. Pineapple is effective in rounding out the mild harshness inherent in the base beer. 4.5
Mouthfeel - Refreshing. Mostly light. 4.75
Overall - Drinkable. Actually fairly impressive for what it sets out to be. 4.5
