A wonderfully bodied yet insanely crisp lager, brewed with juuust the right amount of New Zealand’s Motueka hops to create a subtle and natural hint of lime, leaving you refreshed and ready for today’s fiesta!

Had on tap at the brewery.
On arrival a nice ~2 finger head was present on top of a very slightly hazy deeply golden body. Beautiful lacing forms on the glass.
The aroma is quite simple and "lager-y" but it is very crisp and smooth. There is definitely a slight corniness, but is isn't coming off as sweet, which I actually like.
Flavor follows the aroma but is even more crispy and smooth. The corniness makes itself very well known, but not in an overwhelming way. There is a slught hoppiness, but it is still quite mild and fades into the beer (as it should in this style) as you get used to it.
The feel is crispy and smooth, as I've mentioned multiple times, but is also thicker and heavier feeling than you might expect. While I wouldn't necessarily call it refreshing, I would say it is very easy to drink.
Overall this is a nice take on a Mexican lager that doesn't just feel like a cop-out. I like it and I'd definitely drink it again if I was in this neck of the woods more often.
