Canned today. Poured into a shaker.
L: 3.5 Pale in coloration. Transparent. Ample carbonation. Very little head.
S: 3.75 Quite malty. Barley.
T: 3.5 Lightly spicy and floral. Cracker like.
F: 3.75 thin mouthfeel with ticklish carbonation.
O: 3.5. A simple, well executed lager brewed with local ingredients, definitely smashable. A bit pricey for such a simple beer though.
