Pours a golden yellow with a finger and a half of white foam. It has a clear transparency. Aroma is wafers and crackers, laced with floral hops. Mild, crisp. Flavor profile builds up more hops - floral, herbal, and grassy. Crackers and wafers build a dry base, allowing the hops to pop off the front. Mouth feel is crisp with a slightly soft edge. Thickness is medium-thin. Overall, refreshing, and crisp. Nothing outlandish.

Poured from a bottle. Straw in color, very light with a small white head. Smells of bread, malt and an herbal hint. Flavor follows the smell, has a fruity hint to it also. Smooth, light and easy to drink.

In my travels in July, I stopped at a beer store in Kansas; I happened upon this beer. The beer is 44 degrees and served in a pilsner glass from Germany. The pour created a two-fingered head with fair retention. The head dissipated quickly, leaving little lacing on the glass. The color of the beer chart around SRM 3, pale straw with light golden hues. The clarity is transparent, with the occasional carbonation bubble popping up.
I detect corn, malty sweetness, a touch of skunky, a hint of floral, a skosh of herbal, and a slight earthiness for the nose.
The flavors in the beer are corn, cooked veggies, skunky, a hint of floral esters, a touch of herbal, slightly herbal, and subtle malty sweetness.
The mouthfeel is carbonated and crisp.
The body of the beer is light, has high carbonation, and has a light finish.
Other than the off-flavors in the beer, this is a solid AAL. It is refreshing and crisp. I would classify this beer as a lawnmower beer. However, this would quench your thirst at 90 plus degrees.

12oz stubbly bottle. Poured out a clear, golden yellow color with a very small, thin head of white foam. It left no lacing. It smelled of caramel, bread crust and sweet notes. Sweet caramel taste with hints of toasted bread and very little bitterness.

On tap at the brewery. Comes a clear gold with a nice white head. Aroma of malt and grain. Taste is malt, grain, and grass. Solid lager from this new brewery.
