From the can it pours a slightly cloudy yellow color, more on the pale side. A large foamy head head retains well. Not the most exciting looking Wit, but mostly hits the style guidelines.
Aromas of orange peel and coriander stand out as per the style. Notes of honey, wheat and cracker comprise the malt aroma.
This is a more light bodied version of the style, smooth yet with some crispness. The carbonation is a bit on the gentle side. Dry palate overall with crisp cracker malt and slightly creamy wheat. Neither too bitter or sweet, the neutral malt backbone allows the yeast to run the show. This includes a bright citrusy twang and spicy notes of coriander. The finish is clean and dry.
Not the most interesting Wit, however, its low ABV allows it to be refreshing and sessionable.
