Pours a clear golden color with visible carbonation. A modest head rapidly dissipates, although it does leave thin rings of lacing.
The nose is nice with notes of fruit, malts and spices. Aromas of orange zest, lemon, peach, pear, bread, cracker, clove and allspice.
The taste is fruity with notes of peach, pear and orange spiced with notes of clove and allspice. Notes of bready and dry crisp cracker malts are balanced with a moderate bitterness.
Medium bodied with a dry palate and semi crisp mouthfeel. The finish is dry. The carbonation is lively.
Nice example of a BSPA. I would have again.
