From the can it pours a hazy bright orange color. A large frothy white head displays good retention and lacing.
Fruity aromas that also hint at tartness and lactose creaminess. Specific fruity notes include mango, guava, pineapple and lime.
Fruity with a smoothie like frothy mouthfeel. Although I’m not a fan of lactose, it was used with restrain and added creaminess. Tropical flavors of mango, guava and pineapple, along with citrusy and bright notes of lemon and lime, a touch of peppery and grassy hops bitterness and nutmeg. The finish is tart and dry, the body is medium, while the carbonation is moderate.
This was about standard for the fruited sours that are trending. It was decently balanced though and went well with dessert.
