A collaboration between Pastry Chef Dru and Brewmaster Jimmy, this ale has strong elements of a gingerbread house, with actual gingerbread added, along with molasses, ginger, cinnamon, allspice, cloves, nutmeg, and lactose.

Undated can into pint glass.. Pours a dark brown (SRM 33-35) with a brief tan head. Initial impression is chocolate, ginger, blackstrap molasses, cinnamon and a bunch of other spices. Mouthfeel is medium to slightly sticky. Finish is sweet but not quite cloying. I'm not a big fan of holiday beers attempting to emulate holiday desserts, but this one's not bad.
