Taster at brewery. Light amber body, clear, fast disappearing head. Hoppy aroma with light astringency. Taste is old school hoppiness, piney, resiny, malty.

Pours a mostly clear, amber color. A moderate sized foam head retains very well.
The nose evokes classic WC IPA notes of bright citrus and herbal resin. Aromas of grapefruit, tangerine, orange, lime and a bit of peach. Herbal notes of pine sap, grass and mint, along with malty aromas of bread and biscuit.
The tasty opens with bready and biscuity malts, a touch of caramel, and jammy fruit. The sweetness is balanced by an easy going yet assertive bitterness. Bright citrusy and fruity flavors including, grapefruit rind, orange, tangerine and peach. Lots of smooth but sharp herbal spices, including pine resin, verbena and grass.
Medium bodied with a mostly smooth mouthfeel. The finish, is dry, semi crisp and nicely resiny. The carbonation is moderate.
Yeah that’s what I’m talking about! Nice WC IPA, easy to crush and laden with old school hops flavors. I would have again.
