On tap at the brewery.
A - Dark brown pour with dense, thin, caramel lacing.
S - Slight cherry tang over top of toasted cocoa and chocolate.
T - Starts with some yeasty, bready malt quickly followed with chocolate, toasted cocoa, light char, and cherry (with a little bit of zing to it). Nice lingering chocolate char and berry on teh backside with light chocolate char bitterness.
M - Full body with carbonated pricklies.
O - An interesting beer but the serving temp was too cold for this type of beer.
