A - Opaque dark golden orange with a massively frothy white, sticky head and lacing.
S - Juicy pineapple and lots of tropical fruit on the nose.
T - Pineapple, stone fruit, tropical fruit, tangerine, and citrus along with some spicy fruit rind. Ends on the sweeter and has some buried residual lime thrown in the mix.
M - Ends really dry on the tongue and coats the mouth with a layer of hops that feels like cotton.
O - A flavorful middle of the road IPA where part of the proceeds go to Project Recover. I'll drink this beer all day for a good cause. Hats off to you Thompson Island.
