Pours a golden straw color with mild turbidity. Aroma is an intriguing mash up with the kviek yeast strain cutting through the wheat pale mix. It hits notes of melon, citrus, straw, wheat, clove, and bready malts. Flavor profile is melon, honeydew rind, citrus, clove and bready, wheaty malts. The melon and honeydew forward adds a little sweetness with a twist of sour, with the malts straightening it out at the finish. Mouth feel is medium in thickness with a little fuzzy crispness. Overall, intriguing mash up that works together. Little hop forward, with the yeast adding another dimension to both the nose and flavor.
