Pours orange with a near opaque translucency. Head is two fingers of foamy white. Aroma is papaya and peaches. Some bready and grainy spice brings balance to the initial tropical fruit sweetness. Flavor profile is papaya, peaches, mango, and guava. Semi sweet opening, balanced middle, and bitter finish. Summarized, it's tropical fruits with a dry grainy note underneath. Mouth feel is medium in thickness. Texture is crushed velvet, with light silt. Overall, good tropical fruit notes. Rye really undercuts the whole thing, but in a positive way, driving balance to the initial sweetness.
