Pours a burnt orange with heavy fog. No foam, it pours pretty still. Aroma is coconut and ginger right on the nose. Sweet with semi-spicy notes underneath. Belgian yeast and clove bring further balance, alongside spicy hops. Flavor profile is back to coconut and ginger quickly, bringing them both a little more forward after the initial splash of coconut. Belgian yeast, yeast spice, spicy hops, bready malts, and mild banana. Interesting combo, and yet it works together harmoniously. Mouth feel is medium-thick with a semi-still, fuzzy effervescence. Overall, seems gimmicky based on the name, but the balance is really well executed. Makes for an intriguing and well-made beer.
