Smoked Lime Gose

Pours yellow with a mild haze to the translucency. Head is non-existent. Aroma is smoke, which is heavy, and mild tart lime and lemon zest. Grassy hops add a little extra depth. Flavor profile is heavy lime at onset, which brings a little extra sourness to an otherwise tart profile. Not overly sour. Smoke at the finish, which brings balance and resolution to each sip. Zesty, grassy hops, lemon rind, and salt are sprinkled throughout. Mouth feel is medium-thin in thickness with a soft, slightly fuzzy texture. Overall, very interesting. Smoke balances out the sourness from the lime. Refreshing as heck.
