This fruited wheat beer is crafted with a traditional Hefeweizen yeast strain and infused with 132 pounds of pureed strawberries and Madagascar vanilla beans. The result is a stunning brew with a robust strawberry aroma and flavor, harmonized by the natural esters from the yeast.

Had Rochester Brewing and Roasting's Strawberry Wheat at Rochester Brewing and Roasting's coffee shop and taproom, Parkville, Missouri, on draft into willi becher.
Pours opaque, rose-gold with minimal near-white head, which immediately dissipates to a persistent ring, and leaves only a few specks of lace down the glass. A little spicy aroma off pour, then some sweet strawberry aroma, which grows as warms. On tasting, begins crisp and mildly spicy, then moderate strawberry flavor arrives and carries over, eventually, a fruit juice mouthfeel, into a neutrally bitter finish.
Nice balance between spice and strawberry sweetness.
