A: Pours a crystal clear, copper color with half inch head, moderate retention, and limited lacing.
S: Aromas of grasses, grain and caramel.
T: Semisweet to semidry. Flavors of caramel, cracker, and toffee with light and balancing bitterness.
M: Light to medium bodied with low effervescence.
O: Thirst quenching, easy drinking, and enjoyable. Not quite sessionable, but wouldn't mind another.
