“Monarch Suit” is an Unfiltered Double Dry-Hopped Cryogenic IPA, which highlights Amarillo, Azacca, and Cashmere cryo hops. Ripe melon and intense fruit notes are combined with a delicate mouth feel. Think peach jellybeans, rainbow nerds, and ripe muskmelon.

Thanks, Nick!

Got this and a host of other good stuff from Nick. Had never heard of Knotted Ruit, so was excited to try this. Can description read, ““Monarch Suit” is an Unfiltered Double Dry-Hopped Cryogenic IPA, which highlights Amarillo, Azacca, and Cashmere cryo hops. Ripe melon and intense fruit notes are combined with a delicate mouth feel. Think peach jellybeans, rainbow nerds, and ripe muskmelon.”

Poured a hazy pale yellow color with 4-to-5 fingers of rocky white head. No noticeable bubbles underneath the head. Excellent layered foamy lacing. Excellent retention. (Sight - 4.50)

Smelled Amarillo right away with tangerine, orange, grapefruit, pineapple, mango, lime and hints of melon. Was getting Azacca notes. Still new to Cashmere, but looking at the characteristics of the hops I could get the lime zest. Even better out of the can. (Smell - 4.25)

Taste was much better. In order got pineapple, orange, tangerine, mango, grapefruit, lime, lemon, pine and floral. Big Amarillo, followed by less Azacca and Cashmere. (Taste - 4.25)

Medium body. Creamy texture. Average carbonation. Juicy finish. (Feel - 4.50)

Just an excellent beer. Glad I got to try this one. (Overall - 4.25)
