Frederiksberg 20/2 2025. 40 cl from tap at Tap 21, H.C Ørstedsvej, Frb. C.
Pours clear amber with a red hue and a small pink head. Stable. Settles as a thin patchy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of ripe berries mingling with a tart scent of citrus fruit and unripe fruit. Raspberries and a hint cherry. Gooseberries and sour green Apples. Lemon.
Rather strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively and tingling texture. Almost fizzy.
Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness followed by a stronger tart sourness. Aftertaste is sour and a little sharp. Lingers for a bit. Finish is dry.
More tart than sweet.
