I received this beer as a gift for the sake of novelty, shipped across the state from Philadelphia. This is a pale stout made with malted wheat, oats, flaked barley, cranberry and (here's the gag) smoked goat brains. I was pleasantly surprised by this beer. The Cranberry is not overpowering...just a slightly fruity backer, while the brains (I guess) add a very nutty / smokey flavor. It was very good, and made for an excellent conversation starter during family X-mas parties.

 

Label reads, "Malt beverage brewed with roasted goat brains and cranberries." Taste wasn't all that fruity but did have an unidentifiable taste I assume was the brains. Finished quick.
