Now this was an even better fit for a day like today.Poured into a chalice. A nice auburn color with a good white heading. Left some nice globs of lacing on the glass. Nose was a little less than great. Simple bready malts with a slight twinge of that belgian yeast aroma pull through. Whatever it lacked in the nose picked up with the taste. I don't know how it was done but this low alcohol beverage packs alot of flavor. The bready malts are there in full force to let you know hey I've got some backbone here. Quickly followed up with a nice tart like middle to really get the ball rolling and just a touching of some medicinal and spicey notes just to get those tastebuds watering. Extremely light body with great carbonation Finishes up clean and slightly tart.
Very nicely done here.
