Brewed in celebration of Dock Street Brewery’s 40th anniversary, this single-decocted Pilsner is a nod to tradition with a bold, modern twist. Hopped and dry-hopped with Citra, NZ Riwaka, and NZ Wai-iti, it bursts with bright citrus and tropical aromatics over a crisp, clean malt backbone. It’s a brew that honors where we’ve been and where we’re going, and proves that we may be ”over the hill” but we’re still brewing at the top of our game.

Poured into a narrow imperial glass: color is light straw with slight chill haze, head is off white/brighter white that presents one finger thick, then dissipates to a frothy top with spotty lacing.

Smell is mixed with pilsner malt notes of cracker and grapenuts, light citrus with a lemon lean and light herbal notes.

Taste is similar with cracker, grapenuts, lemon rind, some herbal notes.

Mouthfeel is lower carbonation, moderate sweetness, lower bitterness.

Overall a bright pilsner with a low malt profile and a notably unique hop character.
