Nose is a little natural mineral, even spring water, though a touch verdant.
Taste adds a crisp prickly bite relative to the A.6 that is refreshingly welcome, contrasting again a little white cornbread and perhaps wheat. Faintly grassy qualities provide the mild bitterness. The Diamond Deli pickle included opens up an almond character.
