Lightly foggy burnt amber with a densely puffy, almost glossy meringue khaki head.
Black peppery indeed! Enjoyably spicy, a little clovey Belgian phenol is countered by cedar and a mild herbal bitterness.
A light but softly expanding froth finishes semi-dry and tingly, becoming drier as I go.
