Poured from a bottle into a pint glass. Pours orange yellow with a small white head. Smells of citrus hops with nice grain notes. Tastes of sweet malt with floral and citrus notes. Beer is light bodied and easy drinking, good carbonation. Overall, a good beer.

I got a bottle of this beer off the single shelf from a beer store in LaCrosse, Wisconsin. It poured a clear copper with no head and no lace. The scent had light malt and subtle bitter hop notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with subtle malt and hop presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a decent beer.

Had on tap. Smell was floral and lemon like hops with slight biscuit aroma. Taste is strangely malty. Especially for a pale ale. Little thin, which undercuts the hops a bit. Looks very nice

Penguin Pale Ale has light hints of hops on the nose. Amazing malt character and hints of toasted caramel to taste - Heavier in the malt aspects in comparison to other pale ales. Very drinkable. Bottled from Total in MKE.

Pours a mostly clear orangish coppery color with white head. Cereal grain, bread, light pine, some light fruits, and some citrus on the nose; follows onto the palate. Medium bodied. Finishes with a nice balance between bread notes and fruit.

Pours an orange color with an average white head. Smell is citrusy. Taste is orange peels with a weird aftertaste. Kind of tastes like bad orange peels. Mouthfeel is light. Overall, not my favorite.
