Pours a clear, dark brown color. 1/4 inch head of an off-white color. Poor retention and poor lacing. Smells of sweet malt, hint of hop, slight spice, and yeast. Fits the style of a Doppelbock. Mouth feel is sharp and crisp, with an average carbonation level. Tastes of sweet malt, hint of earthy malt, caramel malt, hint of hop, yeast, and slight biscuit. Overall, poor appearance, weak aroma, good body, and good blend.
