Saison brewed with Thai Basil - Brewed in collaboration with Middle Brow
Stay is a little taste of the good life. We got together with our friends at Middle Brow to put out a double feature. Ours, Stay, brewed here. Theirs, (wasting time), got wild at Bungalow. Both coax flavors out of thai basil, Sugar Creek Malt, and Saphir hops. Subtle but unmistakable notes of Thai basil play beautifully with aromas of sweet lime zest, black pepper, honey dew, star anise, mango, crackery malt, and lemongrass. Try both for the full effect.

Thank you FBarber for this
375 ml bottle poured into a tulip
A- A fairly hazy golden straw with a massive white head.
S- Wheat, basil, anise, mild funk, some lemongrass, touch of peppercorns.
T- Wheat, basil, lime zest, light fruits, touch of lemongrass, some anise, mild funk, some peppercorns in the finish.
M- Smooth, medium body, fluffy/soft from the carbonation.
O- A fun and unique saison that’s easy to drink. Flavors come together very nicely, good balance.
