The Finer Points of Bad Behavior is an ever evolving series of beers that pairs seasonal ingredients with unique strains of yeast specifically chosen to compliment, contrast, and elevate each other.
Finer Points of Bad Behavior ‘Volume 5.5’
A 60/40 blend of The Finer Points of Bad Behavior Volume V: Rhubarb and Brettanomyces Lambicus and The Finer Points of Bad Behavior Volume VI: Strawberry and Brettanomyces Bruxellensis that is greater than the sum of its parts. This beauty opens with aromas of strawberry/rhubarb/cherry pie, followed by SweetTarts, dry orange wine, and barnyard funk. Its body is both lush and structured with creamy carbonation and a dry and slightly tart finish that is the perfect accompaniment to anything on your Thanksgiving table. We only produced 165 bottles of this blend.
