Finer Points XIV Oro Blanco Grapefruit & Brettanomyces Claussenii - Fruit Beer
The Finer Points of Bad Behavior is an ever evolving series of beers that pairs seasonal ingredients with unique strains of yeast specifically chosen to compliment, contrast, and elevate each other.
Volume XIV pairs Oro Blanco grapefruit from our friends at Bhumi Growers with Brettanomyces Claussenii. Oro Blanco is a beautiful varietal of grapefruit that is more refined and delicate than its ruby red relative and Brettanomyces Claussenii is known for its rustic notes of pineapple and light leather. Their combination yields a refreshing beer with notes of white flowers, grapefruit, a hint of pine, light leather, and pineapple sage.
Production Time: 4 months
Fermentation Vessel: Stainless Steel
Released: May 2023
