Dark reddish amber, no foam, slight haze.
Aroma is excellent, roasty and savory, sweet and smoky, a little like mesquite BBQ.
Moderate acidity, lemony and acidic, big smokiness that lingers into the aftertaste. Light to medium bodied, nearly still. A slow sipper, very complex and unique.
