Split Squad is a celebration of the boys of summer brewed with our friends at Revolution Brewing. We built this beer around malted sunflower seeds from Colorado Malting Company. It pours a beautifully clean golden yellow with a frothy white head and notes of tangerine, ripe peaches, sorrel, and a distinct nuttiness that lasts through the long, satisfying finish. (Conditioned W/ Brettanomyces).

A cloudy pale orange color with a frothy white head. Aroma is a somewhat sweet citrus. Taste is kind of a blend sweet and sour citrus, kind of peach and lemon. The finish, though, has a weird roasted corn taste that detracts from the overall quality of the beer. Body is medium light.
