Largely clear glowing red-orange with a short and quick to dissipate white head leaving a fluid surface ringed by a thin, bubbly chain.

The nose is sharply bright raspberry with a hint of orange lozenge, while the palate's raspberry is delivered prickly and effervescent with a little drying, slightly nutty oak.

A decent balance between acidity and body, the medium-light feel comes to a zippy, semi-dry finish.

Red orange clear appearance, with minimal loose bubbly head. Nose is rich berry and plum. Taste is raspberry and tart cherry. Mouthfeel is thin to moderate, crisp, and effervescent.

The raspberries work really well here, blending harmoniously with the bright, acidic character of the base beer (a bit of a cross between a lambic and a new-age American sour). Can't tell what the amarone puncheon contributes, but I'm sure it's something
