Brewed with pilsner and wheat malt and gently hopped with German Huell Melon. We fermented and matured this batch atop of lees from Primordia in oak puncheons for 18 months. Consider this an extension of the Primordia family.

Clear vibrant gold, nearing amber, with an off-white foam of moderate height that retains as a puffy blanket for a good clip.
This brew exhibits very mature expressions of funk, oak and acid that truly transport me to a farmhouse, and more specifically on an orchard. I really get complex hard apple cider qualities with threads of dusty oak and lemony apricot or plum that all quickly vanish from palate after the swallow.
While the acidity is moderately high, the medium-light body has a silkiness under its soft effervescence, finishing semi-dry and slightly tangy.

Semi-hazy yellow appearance with a moderate foamy head that recedes quickly to a collar. Fruity, slight tart, mild oak, mild funk. Medium body, medium carbonation.
