On side pull Lukr tap at Freak Folk Brewing in Waterbury, VT.
This one pours a nice golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like slightly spicy hops, with some nice bready malty aromas as well.
This feels pretty spot on. It’s got a nice little spicy and bitter hop character to it, but it’s well buttressed by a soft, bready malt backbone.
This is light bodied, crisp, clean, and super drinkable.
Freak Folk tends to make some great lager, and I always enjoy drinking them.
