Pours a mahogany cold nice red hue small tan head dissappears right away to pond scum.
Aroma is is sweet caramel malts, loads of molasses, brown sugars, dates, barrel notes smashing out underneath. Hints of vanilla, earthy notes.
Taste follows the nose big sweet goodness, caramel, molasses, brown sugar covered dates, oaky wooden bourbon notes with vanilla hints. Finish is lingering sugars with some herbal notes.
Mouthfeel is big medium, smooth essay drinking for a big beer.
Overall a wonderful BW sweet smooth, barrel adding just a little bite without over powering the beer.
