Notes: Clear deep amber beneath a short head of off-white. Average head retention and lacing. Aroma of caramlish malt and lightly floral hops. The flavor delivers caramel, a touch of darker caramel, apple-like fruitiness, and some very light spicy & herbal hops. A median bitterness balances it perfectly and it finishes fairly short. Medium to light-medium in body and crisp with a standard carbonation level.
