I call it Hazy NEIPA (which is how Untappd styled it), but it seems very much more like the English IPA I just drank.
Train Looks average, not foamy not really hazy. Smells mute. Tastes have some malt/hop interplay but it is hardly subtle and the hops take over mid-palate and end the game. Medium-mouthed for 4.5. I do like the small can.
I don't mean to be mean and every micro deserves a chance to prove themselves in the marketplace, but Donzoko is only five years old and, for that age, has an under-developed website and is in a nearly remote part of east England. So, how are they going to grow? I don't know. I hope know and do.
