No canning date (released in late-April 2023); consumed on 5/20/23
Pours an opaquely foggy, dark gold body capped with barely a finger of sudsy, off-white foam; poor head retention leaves a sliver of cap, thin, frothy collar, and a modest speckling of lacing dotted haphazardly around the walls of the glass.
Aromas of fresh, sticky orange pith phase through mixed Skittles and a contrasting air of wet moss; boggy papaya meets dank lime and passionfruit over time as edges of wilted spearmint accent underripe pineapple toward the back end of the bouquet.
Taste offers guava into grapefruit sorbet, with dank lime washing over a flaky malt undertone through the mid-palate as tones of passionfruit, moss, and green pineapple linger on the back end and into the finish.
Mouthfeel shows a medium-light body sporting a lighter carbonation, engaging slick resins to a taut, soft texture over the mid-palate before sparking a juicy peak and subtle hop twang toward the finish.
A creamy-sweet tropical amalgam toys with subtexts of boggy earth and lucid zest for an elevated, engaging hop expression; a quirky, varied, and distinctly chaotic NEIPA.

-hazy yellow tap pour with a 1 cm fine foam cap and a very light aroma, more malt than hop notes. The flavor is crisp, some lemony hop over a woody malt base. The mouthfeel is smooth. This is a very enjoyable brew.
