taster at CdA brewfest.Golden pour, small foamy head. Aroma is faint, grainy, meadow. Taste remains malt centered , light sweet grassy flavors, kiss of hops.

maybe my least favorite beer i had in here when i visited, but not because its necessarily bad, but just because it really doesnt taste like much of anything. there is a little phenolic thing in the yeast, but its minimal, and there is some sweetness running through it, but its like, flavorless sugar to me, doesnt taste like malt much at all, perhaps a mild biscuit note here, but its almost too minimal. odd because it has some body, like for how faint the flavor is, it kind of has some weight behind it, not sure i have really encountered this before in a beer, and im just not wild about it. it feels like craft beer, but doesnt really taste like one. it looks the part, which is nice i guess, shiny and pretty clear with a lasting white head. there are some minerals here and just a touch of yeast character. the potential is definitely here for this to be a nice blonde ale, but they really need to build some flavor in. its almost devoid of the elements it needs, malt especially. just okay as a lighter brew, boring to me.
