Drinking this at The Tantrum Brewing Company in Beautiful downtown Hayesville NC.
Poured from a tap into a pint glass.
Looks orangish Amber with a light colored tannish foamy head that dropped quickly to a thick ring.
Smells lightly bready, yeasty, wild, spicy and a little tiny bit winey.
Taste follows the nose nicely, the wine aspect is very mild and on the back of my palate.
Mouth feel is medium for the style.
Overall a very nice Farmhouse Style Saison that I would definitely order again.
