12 ounce can, no date I could find on it. Big thanks to Brutaltruth for this brew! Served in a Teku, the beer pours a reddish/brown color with about an inch tan head. Hear retention and lacing are both good. I like the aroma, the brew smells like dark fruit, brown sugar, caramel and dark breadiness. I think the taste is similar to the aroma, but there's also some peppery spice, clove and chocolate flavors noticeable too. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's a bit creamy with a moderate amount of soft carbonation. I thought this was a good enough brew, worth picking up if you come across a can or two!

From the 12 oz can in a snifter. This nice little quad pours a dark ruby tinged brown with
a nice head of khaki foam that settles to a fat ring with light lacing. Nose of raisin, light date,
brown sugar, and spicy phenol notes with hints of pepper. Flavors really surpass the nose with
aplomb; fig, date, rye bread, white pepper, brown sugar, cherry, and a touch of chocolate.
Mouth feel ls medium; medium prickly carbonation, smooth, and finishing with a spicy
peppery note balanced by the malt and dark fruit notes.
Overall----VERY SOLID!
Cheers
