A brown ale brewed with 60 lb of organic Wildflower honey. Brewed with chocolate, special roast, and caramel malts and hopped with East Kent Goldings. Honey aroma and sweetness up front with a caramel, roasty finish.

16 oz draft pour at the brewery. Despite being a "honey brown ale," this seemed like a regular brown ale to me, and a very good one. Dry, roasty, coffee, and hints of cocoa powder and vanilla. Just a kiss of earthy hops with some bitterness. A solid brown ale.
