Horchata-inspired kettle soured IPA brewed with cinnamon, dry hopped with Citra and Sabro Cryo and conditioned on vanilla bean. Citrus, coconut and vanilla bean flavors, tart, semi-sweet and refreshing. Brewed with lactose.

10 oz draft pour at the brewery. Aroma and flavor feature sour wheat and tropical fruit notes with not a lot of cinnamon. Overall it's pretty good, but more of a sour NEIPA than a "horchata" beer.
