A Mole inspired Oatmeal Stout conditioned on in-house roasted Ancho and Guajillo peppers by Chef Garcia, and liquid cocoa. Full bodied with subtle smoke and spice from the peppers and chocolate fudge flavors.

10 oz pour at the brewery. Fairly dark, nearly opaque black with a reddish hue. Aroma and flavor are roasty but there is surprisingly little chocolate or pepper. Practically zero heat - I wouldn't have noticed any if I hadn't been looking for it. Mouthfeel is kind of thin. Overall not what I was expecting or hoping for and thus a bit disappointing.
